ABOUT ME
FOUNDER - JODIE HICKS
With over nine years of experience as a professional dual athlete, I have competed at the highest levels in both cricket and AFLW. Recently retired from Richmond in the AFLW, my journey has included both the achievements of playing at an elite level and the challenges that come with it, from setbacks to career transitions.

In 2020, I stepped away from professional sport for a year to deepen my understanding of performance, technique and motivation. This reinforced how small but significant technical adjustments can have a huge impact on skill development and overall gameplay.
​
My coaching is designed to help athletes sharpen their skills, refine technique, and take their game to the next level. Whether it’s perfecting kicking accuracy, nailing a cover drive, or enhancing overall gameplay, my sessions provide the technical expertise and tailored guidance needed to excel.

ABOUT BALLISTICS COACHING.
At Ballistics Coaching, my mission is to provide specialised coaching that helps athletes refine their technical skills in CRICKET and AFL. I focus on breaking down and improving key techniques—whether it's perfecting a kick, mastering fielding, or refining batting. Through tailored coaching sessions, I help athletes enhance their craft and develop a deeper understanding of the game, empowering them to perform with greater consistency and precision.
